Perform the following steps to add a PTR record for the Additional Ips in the VPSForLife Customer Portal:
- In the menu bar, click on Open Ticket to Create rDNS Update Request.
The overview of Support page is displayed. - Click on the Subject write rDNS Update. Department Network.
- Related Service Select VPS for which you want to update the PTR record .
- In the Message write like this :
IP Domain.com
for example:
1.1.1.1 ns1.google.com
2.2.2.2 ns2.google.com
Don't use between ip and domain something like , : | or other
Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
