By accessing the VPS For Life website, placing an order, or using any VPS, storage or related service ("Services") provided by VPS For Life ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and anyone who accesses or uses the Services, regardless of location.

VPS For Life provides virtual private server hosting, including NVMe/SSD storage, dedicated IPv4 addressing, and full root or administrator access on Linux and Windows operating systems, deployed from datacenters in the countries listed on our datacenter locations page. The list changes as locations are added; the page is the current one. Pricing is not identical in every country, and the price applicable to the country you select is shown before you complete an order.

• Services are provisioned automatically after payment is confirmed.
• Exact specifications (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) are listed on the Pricing page for each plan.
• We may introduce new plans, retire old ones, or adjust specifications for new orders at any time; active services are not downgraded without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your client area login and server credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Use a unique, strong password for your client area account.
• Keep your VPS root password and SSH keys private.
• We will never ask for your password over email or chat.

We accept Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, PayPal and standard card payments. Services are activated automatically once payment is confirmed on the network or payment processor.

• Invoices are issued in advance of each billing cycle and must be paid by the due date shown in your client area.
• Late payment may result in temporary suspension of the affected service until the balance is cleared.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain and cannot be reversed by us — please double-check wallet addresses and network before sending.
• Prices shown on the Pricing page are in USD and may be updated for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.

Try VPS For Life Without the Risk

If a first-time VPS order doesn't work out, request a refund within 7 calendar days of activation and we'll process it — no lengthy back-and-forth required.

How it works:

• Applies to a customer's first VPS order only, one guarantee per customer/household.
• Request must be made within 7 calendar days of initial server activation, by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
• Card and PayPal payments are refunded to the original payment method.
• Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum) are refunded as account credit rather than returned on-chain, because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed to the sending wallet. If you'd prefer a crypto refund to a different wallet, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

The guarantee does not apply to:

• Orders suspended or terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy below.
• Custom configurations, license fees, or add-ons already consumed (e.g. a purchased software license key).
• Renewal payments on services already past their first 7 days.
• Repeated signups by the same person or organization attempting to reuse the guarantee.

Full root access comes with real responsibility. The following are strictly prohibited on any VPS For Life service:

• Phishing, fraud, or impersonation of another person or organization.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or operating botnet infrastructure.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays.
• Launching or participating in DDoS attacks or network abuse against any third party.
• Hosting content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where our datacenters operate.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, at our discretion, along with cooperation with lawful authorities where required.

Email Marketing & Port 25:

Port 25 is open by default for legitimate email marketing and transactional sending, and custom rDNS/PTR records can be configured on request. This is provided for opt-in, permission-based sending — not unsolicited bulk email.

• Only send to recipients who have opted in; no purchased or scraped mailing lists.
• Include a working unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism and honor removal requests promptly.
• Keep bounce and spam-complaint rates low enough to protect the shared IP reputation of our network.
• Repeated blacklisting, abuse reports, or non-compliant sending may result in Port 25 being disabled for the affected server or the service being suspended.

Because every plan includes full root or administrator access, you are responsible for the software, configuration, security patches and backups of your own server, unless a specific plan explicitly includes managed backup as listed on the Pricing page.

• Keep your operating system and installed software up to date.
• Maintain your own backups for anything you cannot afford to lose.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from actions taken inside your own server environment.

We continuously monitor our infrastructure and aim to maintain stable, reliable uptime across every datacenter we operate from. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

We do not currently publish a contractual uptime SLA with automatic service credits. If your business requires a formal SLA commitment, please contact us to discuss it before ordering.

We collect the account and billing information necessary to provision and invoice your services (such as your email address and payment confirmation details). We do not sell customer data to third parties.

You retain ownership of any content, code, or data you store on your VPS. We do not access the contents of your server except where required to investigate a confirmed Acceptable Use Policy violation or a valid legal request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPS For Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your service at any time from the client area. We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, Acceptable Use Policy violations, or where required by law, with notice provided by email where practical.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version will always be published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
