Almost none. 3 of the 16 plans — Starter NVMe VPS ($1.00), Starter Classic VPS ($3.00) and Business Classic VPS ($2.00) — carry a small one-time setup fee on monthly billing. It is there because the cheapest plans were being ordered for a single month and abused; a few dollars up front stops that without raising the price for everyone else. The fee is printed on the plan card and is $0 on quarterly, semi-annual and annual billing. Nothing else is added at checkout.
