CPU and RAM are allocated per VPS through KVM virtualization, not oversold or shared on a best-effort basis.
The whole NVMe VPS range runs on enterprise NVMe, from 20 GB up to 60 GB. The VDS range offers NVMe as well, from 45 GB up to 200 GB. Classic VPS uses HDD storage, and the SSD and Cloud ranges use enterprise SSD.
The SSD, NVMe, Cloud and VDS ranges all run on a 10 Gbps port. The Classic VPS range runs on a 1 Gbps port.
Classic VPS is the budget HDD line, SSD and NVMe step up the storage speed, Cloud VPS adds high-availability cloud infrastructure, and VDS gives you dedicated CPU and RAM with up to 36 IPv4 addresses. The pricing page has a short questionnaire that suggests a range based on what you are running.
Four entry plans carry a small one-time setup fee, shown in the tables above and on the pricing page. Every other plan has none, and nothing extra is added at checkout.
