SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS TXT record listing which mail servers are allowed to send email as your domain. Without it, receiving mail servers have no way to tell your legitimate mail from someone forging your domain — and are more likely to send your real mail to spam. There is no DNS record that announces a domain's DKIM selector — it's whatever your sending software chose. This tool tries the selectors most common among email software our customers actually run (MailWizz, Mautic, Postal, PowerMTA and similar), plus one you enter yourself. If none match, check your sending software's settings for the exact selector it uses, then re-check with that value in the “selector” field.
All three, ideally. SPF and DKIM each give receiving mail servers a way to verify your mail; DMARC tells them what to do if a message fails those checks, and gets you delivery reports.
