In your client area, go to Billing → My Invoices and open the invoice you want to pay.

Step 3 — Complete the Transaction on PayPal
You'll be redirected to PayPal's site. Log in to your PayPal account (or pay as a guest with a card, if that option is available) and confirm the payment amount.
Step 4 — Return to the Client Area
After completing payment, you'll be redirected back to the hosting provider's site, where the invoice should now show as paid and your service activated.

Some providers support PayPal billing agreements (subscriptions) for automatic renewal — check for this option during checkout if you want future invoices paid automatically without manual action each cycle.
Common Errors
Payment completed on PayPal but invoice still shows unpaid — confirmation can occasionally take a few minutes to sync back; if it persists, contact support with your PayPal transaction ID.
"This transaction cannot be processed" from PayPal — often related to your PayPal account's own payment method or regional restrictions; check your PayPal account directly for the specific reason.
Redirected back to an error page — try clearing your browser cache/cookies or using a different browser, as this is sometimes a redirect/session issue rather than a payment problem.
