Paying by card.

There are three ways to pay us with a Visa or Mastercard. The direct one is Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) at checkout. PayPal also takes cards in most countries. If neither will take your card, the third route takes about three minutes and needs nothing installed.

Credit / Debit Card

Choose Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) at checkout or on the invoice. You enter your card on our card processor’s secure page. The card is charged in euros, converted from the USD invoice — the approximate euro amount is shown on the invoice before you pay.

A licensed payment service takes your card, converts the amount, and sends it to us. You never open a wallet or hold a coin — it is a card payment with one extra screen, then a short message to us so we can match it to your order.

The Card → Bitcoin Route, Step by Step

Four steps. Only the third one involves your card.

  1. 1

    Place the order and choose Card

    Order as normal in the client area and choose Pay with Card at the payment step. You are not paying yet — this generates the invoice.

  2. 2

    Work out the amount to buy

    Enter your invoice total in the calculator below. It adds a margin for the card and network fees so the payment does not arrive short.

  3. 3

    Buy that amount with your card

    Open one of the services below, pay with your Visa or Mastercard, and send it to our Bitcoin address — copy button provided.

  4. 4

    Send us the reference

    Email us your invoice number and the transaction ID from the card service. We confirm the payment against your invoice and the server is deployed.

Not sure at any point? Open a ticket before you pay rather than after — a Bitcoin transfer cannot be reversed once it is sent.

Work Out What to Buy

The fees come out of the amount you buy, so buying the exact invoice total leaves the payment short. This gives you the figure to use.

Keep your transaction ID. This address serves every customer, so the payment does not identify itself. After paying, send us your invoice number and the transaction ID and we will confirm it against your order.
